Both the Starter and the Business plan come with limits on the number of active contracts that can be stored on the platform. As a fair usage policy we take an average contract to be 20 pages, so a 100 contract limit is equal to a 2000 page limit and a 1000 contract limit is 20000 pages. SimpleO is designed to support small business to large enterprises in their contract management. If your active contracts go beyond the upper limit of your plan, you can move to the next plan.

While you can add any type of contract in the Data Room and the GRC platform and basic summary and review will be available for them. For the following contract types - MSA, NDA, SoW, Lease, Consulting, SaaS, SLA, Sales, Partnership and Licensing Agreements, we provide in depth parameters in the Contract Summary and provide a global playbook for AI contract review.  These contract types are also supported in GRC for Obligation extraction.

The free trial is designed to help customers see the power of our AI in helping simplify contract management for them. The trial account is available for 15 days. You can signup and get access to all the functionalities that are available in the business plan. There is a limit of 25 contracts / 500 pages in the free trial.

During the trial period, we will reach out to you to understand your requirements and identify the right plan based on your needs. In case you do not upgrade post the free trial period, your account will be deactivated.

All our plans are available as monthly and annual basis, you can decide the plan you wish to go ahead. There is no lock-in beyond your existing plan.
